Sampling

Take samples according to the sampling plan.

Key Property Tests

Run required tests per material type and specification.

Recording & Traceability

Document results and link them to the lot ID.

Disposition (Pass / Hold / Fail)

Release to stock, quarantine for re-check, or reject/return.

Retained Samples

Keep reference samples for future comparison and traceability.

Masked samples of COA/material certificates, lot labels, and incoming records can be provided upon request.
